After going through several appliance repair companies, I called this company on the advice of a neighbor. I give these guys five stars because it is the ONLY time in my life that an appliance repair technician has ever talked me OUT of spending more money on something.
He showed up on time and was polite but not overly friendly (my pet peeve). I liked that he didn't go through a lot of sales hoopla. We had our washer repaired without additional parts and in 30 min, for the same problem that another technician told would need a very expensive part and that it would take at least 4 hours of work. Good repair service is never super cheap, but the prices here were reasonable. I'll call him again.

Had some frustrating problems with my refrigerator and called these folks. They did not immediately try to force an appointment on me like the previous appliance repair company I called did. Instead they asked me about the situation and tried to offer some troubleshooting ideas and easy refrigerator repair tips.

In the end we couldn’t repair it on the phone and had to have them come out. He arrived on time and he really seemed like he knew was he was talking about and took pride in doing a good job.

Also they getting 5 stars because they charged by the job versus charging per hour, so it was fair price. It was worth it for the job being done right and now my refrigerator works great.

Our rental property needed an oven repair on short notice on a Sunday afternoon. After doing some research I called Orange County Appliance Repair. They had an appliance repair technician at our place within 90 minutes. It turned out to be a defective gas valve. We got quoted a flat rate, with no extra charge for Sunday. He kept us apprised of his progress, and in the end he lowered the rate slightly since it turned out to be an easier job than he expected. The appliance repair technician was also very professional, polite and friendly.

Read the reviews on Google and decided to use Appliance Repair Orange County to fix our leaking dishwasher. Called and was told an appointment was available on the same day. The tech actually showed up earlier than scheduled but I was ok with that.

He quickly determined the pump rubber seal was leaking and need to be replaced and just need some adjustments. They replaced the part and everything was complete within 30 minutes and they guarantee their work for 1 year.

Overall, I think they are good and I would certainly use them again!!

This is the way appliance repair business should be.  When we called, the person who answered the phone was very polite, gave me a quote for the visit, made an appointment and promised to call before he came.  Spot on time, he called and arrived.  None of this waiting around for half a day for the service guy to come.  Technician put on booties before coming in so he didn't mess up the carpet, even though I said it really wasn't needed.  He repaired or refrigerator quickly and even performed maintenance without extra charge.  The cost was very reasonable.  He gave me some advice on how to keep the refrigerator running smoothly and said several times before he left that if I had any problems with it after his visit just to call. He even followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the service.

The technician was a really nice guy, friendly and professional.  He delivered what he promised, when he promised, and at the price he quoted.  I recommend Orange County Appliance repair very highly!
